Pastors Justin and Kayla Woolf are the Encounter KIDS pastors. They have been married since April 2019. They have two sons Linkyn and Jacksyn.

Justin is a graduate of Christ for the Nations Institute and has been involved in ministry with his parents Pastors Ken and Jeanie Woolf. Justin is an ordained minister with the Fellowship of Ministers and Churches at Christ for the Nations Institute in Dallas, TX.

Kayla has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and worked in news media for more than 16 years before beginning work at Encounter Church. She has been involved in children’s ministry since 2000.

Both Justin and Kayla have completed ChurchEd’s Kid’s Ministry certification. Kayla has also completed the Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment training course.
