Pastors Tyler and Montana Thomason have been on staff at Encounter since May of 2021 as youth pastors. Tyler and Montana married in May of 2013 and have three kids together, (Kynleigh, Landry and Noah).

Tyler will graduate in May of 2023 with a degree in Church Leadership with a specialization in youth and student ministries from Southwestern Assemblies of God University. Tyler and Montana have a combined 20 years in youth ministry.
